Returns & Refunds

We really hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivery.

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To receive a full refund or make an exchange, the product/s being returned must in new, unused and in its original packaging (seal must not be broken). Due to the nature of our products, if the original packaging has been opened, unless they or misdescribed or faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange at any time.

How to complete a refund?

­To complete a refund/exchange simply follow these steps;

  1. Download our returns form
  2. Print off and fill out the returns form
  3. Package up your item/s needing refunded/exchanged – remember to include the returns form in the package!
  4. Post the package back to us at the below address (please note we do not cover the cost of returning the package)

Upon receipt of the item/s and once approved (approval is at our discretion and based on the conditions set out above) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping (customer is liable for the cost of returns), to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products.

We would always advise you to use some form of tracked service and to obtain a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation.

  • We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • Refunds will only be reimbursed to the payment method used to purchase the goods with.
  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
  • We do not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel any refund or refuse exchange on orders we feel has been made using fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
